A property with a fascinating charm and character composed of an old water mill and its contiguous miller’s house. Mallards and brushes come there to take refuge... Be free to imitate them while plunging in the green water of the river (private pebbly beach), or the turquoise of the swimming pool (13x7m, made safe by alarm, with shower, furniture, kitchen, barbecue).

A Mediterranean ground of two hectares (5 acres) invites you to run there happy days with the liking of the hour... and your mood. More than 150 m2 of shaded terrace... Place then at the freshness of the size stone walls hemmed of Virginia Creeper : the doors open large on a living space with wooden floor, old stones… subtly arranged by his owner, a painter.

 

- Offering magic sights on the river, the mill provides a double room (35 m2) with sitting room (television), separate bathroom (35 m2, shower and bath), and independent WC.

- At two steps distance the miller’s house (200 m2) offers a suite which comprises  a double room with cupboard and veranda, a bathroom with WC, a monumental living-room under a frame of 110 m2, a large settee of angle and a dining room, a corner living room with fireplace. Television with flat-faced plasma screen and DVD reader, an equipped American style kitchen and a private terrace.

This residence with a lot of character and authenticity, profits from an ideal situation: neighbour of the medieval city of Sommières and the picturesque village of Boisseron; at equal distance (twenty minutes) of Nimes French "Rome" and of Montpellier, regional capital and arts centre, famous for its historical heart, but also for its fine sandy beaches. You will be able also to rove in an authentic area, at the threshold of the small wild Camargue and the Cevennes notched with torrents, you will be able to enjoy the art of living of the Languedoc among vines, olive-trees and perfumed dryland of Provence... to admire the dexterity of the glassmakers or potters and discover original traditions and an inheritance of unsuspected richness.

House hold linen is provided. House keeping during the stay. Garden and pool are maintained by owner's service. Pets are wellcome on request. Cot and high chair for baby on request.
